ITATALC 200/325/635/635A/635 AS
These are magnesium hydrosilicates with different grain size distributions (meshes: 200, 325A, 325B, 500, 635, 635A, 635B), hardness and whiteness. ITATALC 635AS is a mineral composite based on aluminum and magnesium hydrosilicate.

Description:These are magnesium hydrosilicates with different grain size distributions (meshes: 200, 325A, 325B, 500, 635, 635A, 635B), hardness and whiteness. ITATALC 635AS is a mineral composite based on aluminum and magnesium hydrosilicate.
Functions: The finest grades allow increasing heat deflection temperature (HDT), as well as the dimensional stability of the thermoplastics. The loss of the impact of many thermoplastics (PVC, PA, PET, PBT, PU) is attenuated using hydrosilicates with larger grain size distribution (200 mesh). In low concentrations, ITATALC 635, 653AS act as a nucleating agent, reducing the injection cycle because the injected thermoplastic crystallizes under higher temperatures. The products work as “anti-block” agent in order to avoid self-adhesion of extruded filaments, coats, films and shapes. Due to its low hardness, it prolongs the life time of tools and machines. Its morphologic structure allows obtaining opaque finish. The product in the 200 mesh is recommended for plastic compounds based on unsaturated polyester.
