Application: EPDM, EPR, PU, CR, NBR, SBR, NR and their blends.

Description: Ultracalcinated and micronized, lamellar morphology aluminum silicates. Recommended for elastomers such as EPDM, EPR and their blends with chlorine sulphonate polyethylene and polyethylene. The product is also recommended for polyurethanes, because of the low level of residual humidity. The calcinated aluminum silicate provides the elastomer composites with good electric properties such as high electric resistivity, dielectric rigidity and low dielectric loss (delta tangent). The product is also recommended to produce concentrates of organic peroxides dispersed in EPDM or EPR, due to its chemical inertia and neutral pH. It works as titanium oxide extensor pigment and opacifying treatment agent, due to its high whiteness, porosity, refraction index and intrinsic hardness.

Function: Dielectric blend, semi-reinforcement, opacifying treatment blend, titanium dioxide extending pigment, inert diluting agent for chemical concentrate.
