Description: These are two versions of ultracalcinated, micronized aluminum silicate, both coated with long-chain fatty acid. The products are resistant to water absorption, due to the presence of the hydrophobic organic coating. The two products act as lubricant and internal de-molder in compounds for the production of technical parts molded through injection and compression. They improve the extrusion capacity for automotive shapes and electric wires and cables. ITASAC ES 200Z Plus presents smaller abrasive power in relation to ITASAC ES 200Z.
Function: dielectric load, lubricating de-molder, water repellent and process assistant.
