Description: These are microcrystalline silica, surface coated with vinylic organosilane (- CH=500) in 500 and 635 mesh. The 2199A product is finer when compared to the 2199. The coating present around the particles acts as lubricant, reducing the early wearing and breaking of the tools. They are suitable for silicon compounds with high thermal class, reticulable with organic peroxide.
Function: Dielectric blend for ignition cables, stove cables and mechanical reinforcement (maximum stress, hardness, tearing resistance), vulcanization accelerator, through peroxide.
