Description: Ultrafine aluminum hydrosilicates, covered with mercaptosilane. The two surface-modified versions are recommended for elastomeric compounds vulcanizable with sulfur. The coated particulates produce high reinforcement power, after vulcanization with sulfur, due to the formation of covalent connections between the surface coating, adhered to the particles, and the elastomeric chain. They are of easy dispersion and processing. The product is recommended as co-blend for reinforcement of compounds, intended for the sector of tires and cylinders lining.
Function: Mechanical reinforcement (tearing resistance), anti-fatigue, anti-wear, reduction in heat dissipation (internal friction), besides improving the mechanical properties depending on the elastic characteristics of the elastomeric compounds, such as the permanent deformation and resilience.
