Description: Mineral composite with lamellar/foliar morphology, based on aluminum hydrosilicates. The product improves the tearing resistance, maximum stress and reduces the minimum torque (ML), making easier the processability of natural rubber. The vulcanization time is reduced, allowing for production gains.
Function: Improvement of tearing resistance, reduction of delta tangent and ductility, preserving the variations of the elastic properties (resilience, permanent deformation) depending on the concentration within the specified tolerance limits.
